1. Upon enrollment, you will receive a report from each of the 3 major credit bureaus: Experian®, TransUnion® and EquiFax®, as well as PLUS Scores calculated from each of those reports.  Additionally, upon enrollment, we will begin monitoring your credit information from the 3 major credit bureaus, although in some instances we may not be able to begin monitoring information from all three bureaus.  Throughout your enrollment, we will continue to provide reports, monitoring and PLUS Scores but there may be occasions where we are unable to deliver one or more of these items because we cannot obtain requested information from one or more of the 3 major credit bureaus.
2. Each PLUS Score® is a score calculated by Experian® based on information in the individual credit report provided by each of the 3 major credit bureaus. The PLUS Score® is designed to be indicative of your overall credit risk. PLUS Scores are not used by lenders and you should not rely on them exclusively to understand how lenders will view your creditworthiness.  Lenders use several different credit scoring models.
3. The maximum liability for unauthorized credit card charges is $50 per card and other limitations may apply for bank accounts, debit cards or other similar products.
4. Insurance provided by company subsidiaries or affiliates of Chartis Inc. This policy may be provided by a surplus lines insurer. Surplus lines insurers do not generally participate in State Guaranty Funds and insureds are therefore not protected by such funds.
